RailMast utilized as an FAA National Standard

With installations across the U.S.

Custom Design.
Adaptable Solutions.

Limitless Possibilities.

The RailMast™ is a very low profile solution for deploying equipment to an elevated position. It mounts to an existing structure i.e., the side of a building, light pole, existing tower, silo, barn, high rise, elevator shaft, the possibilities are literally limitless.

Environmental Considerations

Durability & Strength

Design applications are as flexible as the Railmast™ itself. Often, locations dictate a variety of customized solutions to address specific geographic and environmental situations. For example, installations in seaside or waterfront locations take into account the environmental assaults on the equipment, such as UV, salt water, extreme winds, volcanic ash, or high acid air content. These elements often destroy steel and denigrate casings. Our design team took these considerations into account while designing the RailMast System utilizing stainless steel, aluminum, High-density polyethylene (HDPE), and Polyoxymethylene (Delrin) to ensure a high resistance to corrosion and other environmental impacts.

Whatever the terrain or the environment - the RailMast™ can be customized to site specific needs.

Low Weight No Foundation No Climbing

  • Safer Design

OSHA has labeled tower climbing “the most dangerous job in America”. Unlike a freestanding tower, the RailMast™ easily attaches to nearly any structure. The innovative design eliminates the need for climbing during maintenance or repair. Lights and electronic equipment can be extended up to 150 feet above the ground level access. Once the RailMast is installed, all access including installation of your equipment, upgrades and repairs are all done from the ground. And that greatly reduces your liability costs.

  • Rapid Deployment

Easy to transport to the most remote locations the Railmast's™ innovative design goes up more quickly and with a smaller construction crew than a standalone tower—saving you money and reducing your risks. The Railmast was also designed to be lightweight and fit easily into a variety of aircraft - allowing deployment in the most remote locations.

  • Easier Maintenance

Our patented design puts an end to dangerous high-level repairs. Just lower the antenna, dish, solar panel, wind turbine or other equipment and repair it safely on the ground—within easy reach of your tools. Then simply raise the RailMast™ back into position.

  • Smaller Footprint

Traditional towers can take up enormous space by the time you pour a foundation and string guy lines. The RailMast™ footprint is measured in square inches instead of square feet.

  • Preserves Signal Quality

For communications, any extra cable can result in signal degradation. The RailMast™ requires just 10 feet more cable than the height of the tower, helping preserve signal quality. The Mast is also designed with fewer moving parts - which equates to fewer things going wrong with the system. The patented pulley system also minimizes stress and reduction of any "pinching" and wear & tear on cables.

  • Built To Last

Designed to meet virtually all environmental challenges, the RailMast™ has been successfully installed and tested in conditions ranging from brutal arctic temperatures of -30 degrees F. to blazing +120 degrees F.

  • Custom Designs

From custom heights to color matching allowing the RailMast™ to architecturally blend with your structure. Custom configurations to meet nearly any application of the RailMast™ system to your specific needs.

Clients speak out

FAA System Engineer

RailMast is by far the most innovative piece of equipment we’ve implemented into our system in recent memory.  It’s simple, sleek and safe and the FAA’s “no climbing” policy makes this the obvious choice.

Aesthetically pleasing installation...'Through the engineering design process, the airport authority was hesitant to have a 'metallic' box running down the side of the building, impacting the exterior look of the building. The RailMast was painted to match the building facade making it aesthetically pleasing to the airport authority, as it looked no different than the downspout on the opposite corner of the building.

For the past 10 years, I have been involved in RailMast installations all over the US.  From international airports to downtown hi-rises, from the East Coast to the Pacific Islands.  And while the system never ceases to wow the client, the landlord and the users,  I believe the most impressive statistic is we've NEVER had a service call. They just work!!!
